"What if I don't like to use this app as a food diary?

Everyone has their own preference in terms of food journals. Maybe because it's inconvenient to edit their own food information or maybe because the food database are limited. No problem. There are other apps like MyFitnessPal or calorie counter that provides more variety of food from their database. However, the key to success is to make sure you know what your macro is (total grams of fat, carbs and proteins) from this app and apply this to another app. For example, if my macro for two week goal is 230g protein, 60g fat, and 400g carbs, I will use this information and apply to another app which may have more food categories from their database and use it as a food journey. This app is your personal nutritionist which will guide you in terms of how much you need to eat. I believe that people are free to have their preference in terms of food journal.
